From Monday 15 January to Sunday 11 February, we’re giving four lucky winners the chance to win a $250 voucher each, to be enjoyed at your favourite store, eatery or business at The Levee. 

To enter, simply share your favourite moment at The Levee with us by following the instructions below. 

  1. Take a vertical video or photo of you and your crew having a blast at The Levee. 
  2. Upload your photo or video to Instagram and tag us @TheLeveeCentralMaitland 
  3. Follow The Levee Instagram profile to be the first to know who won. Winners will be announced weekly.

The Levee Black Favourite Moment Competition 

  • The promoter of The Levee Favourite Moment Competition is Maitland City Council, PO Box 220 MAITLAND NSW 2320. ABN: 11 596 310 805.
  • Children under 18 should have supervision from a parent or guardian when taking part in this activity.
  • Each week for four weeks (commencing 15 January to 11 February 2024) the Promoter is giving away a $250 voucher for the best photo or video with @TheLeveeCentralMaitland tagged showing a favourite moment in The Levee precinct.
  • To enter, each participant must share a favourite moment at The Levee by following the instructions below.
    • Take a vertical video or photo of you and your crew having a blast within The Levee precinct. 
    • Upload your photo or video to your Instagram and tag @TheLeveeCentralMaitland 
    • Follow The Levee Central Maitland Instagram profile.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to The Promoter using your photos/videos in the promotion and marketing activities for The Levee precinct.
  • Entries will be judged weekly between 9.00am – 10.00am and announced at 12.00pm on Monday 22, 29 January and Monday 5, 12 February 2024 with the winner selected from the previous seven (7) days worth of entries.
  • Winners will be selected by the promotion coordinator at 263 High Street, Maitland NSW 2320.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  • The prize for the competition will be a $250 gift voucher to a business at The Levee of the winners choice.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  • Participants can enter as many times as they like.
  • Participants of all ages are permitted to enter the competition, however, persons under 18 must provide the contact details of their parent or guardian.
  • The prize winner or the parent’s or guardian of a winner under 18 years will be notified of their win by private message to their Instagram account. The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize, at which time the prize will be redrawn.
  • Participants privacy will be protected in accordance with Maitland City Council’s Privacy Management Plan.
  • The winners first name and winning photo will be sought to be included in a social media post on The Levee Facebook and Instagram pages pending permission from the winner’s parent or guardian where applicable.
  • Entry into The Levee Favourite Moment Competition is not open to the employees or Councillors of Maitland City Council or their immediate family members, or any employees of any company associated with The Levee Favourite Moment Competition or their immediate family members.
  • Immediate family members for the promotion is defined as Grandparents, Siblings, Parents, Partners, Children and Grandchildren.
  • Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  • If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, pandemic, natural disaster or security concerns, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
  • The promoter shall not be liable whether in contract or torts or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this competition or accepting the nominated prize.
