Overview
We Care NSW is an Aboriginal owned and operated for purpose organisation that is dedicated to providing high quality, culturally appropriate services for our clients in the disability, mental health and children and family sectors. We support individuals to achieve their own goals and increase their capacity to actively engage in their community, education, employment and cultural activities.
Our Allied Health services include psychology, behaviour support, counselling, and speech pathology. We accept mental health plans, NDIS participants, Medicare appointments and fee for service with the option to provide services in person or via telehealth.
FASD Assessment and Support – open to everyone, whether at the start of their journey or have a confirmed diagnosis.
Our Community Services cover a range of services including accommodation, community participant programs and support for daily life and activities.
- Accommodation services in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Independent Living Options (ILO), Respite Services and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
- Community Participation Programs such as the Sista Circle, Yarn Up for our men and Art groups make us all feel connected and supported.
- Daily Living Supports – support as you need it for day-to-day care, daily activities and routines. Our support is adjusted to your needs, strength and goals with a large emphasis on capacity building. Plan Management for NDIS participants wanting to outsource the financial aspects of their NDIS plan. This covers payment and fund planning. Support Coordination – assistance to implement all of the supports outlined in your NDIS plan.
