Everybody loves a wedding, love blooms the world over. This year Foreign Film Nights will showcase two films that celebrate and explore the joy but also stress, humour and downright drama of getting married.
Come along on Friday 14 October to watch My Big Gay Italian Wedding (M).
Paolo and Antonio are two Italians living in Berlin. They decide to return to Italy to get married in Antonio’s picturesque home town of Civita Di Bagnoregio.
But Antonio has not been completely honest with his family about his relationship with Paolo. The couple must navigate tradition, stigma and big personalities in order to have their big gay Italian wedding.
