ACACIA Dining is the latest dining experience for the Riverlink Building.

ACACIA Dining is a true celebration of community by MasterChef maestro Reece Hignell.

They open their doors seven days a week, guiding their guests through a seamless journey from sunrise coffee and brunch to refined evening dining – with every moment grounded in community, connection and culinary authenticity.

The seasonal menu is focused on the community, using the best of local grower and producer suppliers, whilst the drinks list has been curated with an emphasis on perfect food pairing.

A new way to experience ACACIA – two distinct offerings: ACACIA by day and ACACIA by Night. By day guests can enjoy indulgent breakfasts. By night the restaurant transforms into a refined dining destination, with bold modern dishes designed to share and savour, Supporting these changes is a refreshed brand identity that feels contemporary, welcoming and unmistakably Maitland.
