Black Friday Terms and Conditions

• Promoter Details
  The promoter of The Levee Black Friday Sale Promotion is:

• Eligibility Criteria
  · Purchases must be made at participating stores within The Levee precinct.
  · A single transaction of $20 or more qualifies for one (1) entry into the draw.
  · Multiple transactions across different stores that total $20 or more do not qualify.
  · Only one entry per receipt, regardless of the amount spent (e.g., $20 or $99 = 1 entry).
  · Splitting a sale into multiple $20+ transactions to gain extra entries is not allowed.
  · Participants may submit unlimited entries, provided each meets the eligibility criteria.
• Bonus Entry Opportunities
  Participants may earn bonus entries after meeting the initial eligibility requirements:
  · Previously entered Black Friday at The Levee (since 2024): Up to 2 bonus entries
  · Like or follow The Levee Central Maitland on Facebook or Instagram: 1 per platform (max 2)
  · Share the draw with 3 others who also enter: 1 bonus entry
  · Spend over $100 in more than one transaction at a participating store: 1 bonus entry
  · Subscribe to The Levee Central Maitland Consumer database: 1 bonus entry
  · Enter during final weekend (28–30 Nov 2025): 1 bonus entry
• How to Enter
  · Scan the Black Friday QR code at participating stores or follow prompts via thelevee.com.au.
  · Submit proof of purchase (receipt must be legible and meet eligibility criteria).
  · Provide: email address, phone number, store of purchase, and postcode.
  · Participants are encouraged to opt-in to The Levee’s email newsletter.
  · Privacy is protected under Maitland City Council’s Privacy Management Plan available at maitland.nsw.gov.au/privacy-statement.

  · Starts: 6am Saturday 1 November 2025
  · Ends: 11.59pm Sunday 30 November 2025
• Participating Stores
  · Identified by in-store posters.

• Prize Details
  · Total Prize Pool: $5,700 (incl. GST)
  · Weekly Draws:
  · 2 x $300 vouchers drawn each Friday (7, 14, 21, 28 November)
  · Winners choose a participating store for voucher redemption
  · Grand Prize Draw:
  · Drawn on Monday 1 December 2025
  · 1 winner receives 11 x $300 vouchers (total $3,300)
  · Winning entries from the weekly prize draw are excluded from the grand prize draw
• Draw Schedule
  · Weekly Draws: Fridays at 10am (7, 14, 21, 28 November)
  · Grand Prize Draw: Monday 1 December at 10:00am
  · Draws conducted at: 263 High Street, Maitland
• Winner Notification and Conditions
  · Winners notified via phone and/or email
  · Winners have 14 days to claim their prize; otherwise, it will be redrawn
  · Names published on thelevee.com.au
  · Winners may be photographed when claiming their prize
  · Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Entry Restrictions
  · Not open to:
  · Maitland City Council employees or representatives
  · Owners and staff of businesses within The Levee
  · Relatives of the above (defined as siblings, grandparents, parents, partners, children, grandchildren)
  · Open only to Australian residents aged 18+
  · Promoter may request proof of identity and residency
• General Conditions
  · If the competition cannot run as planned (e.g., technical issues), the promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend it.
  · The promoter’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
  · The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation or prize acceptance.
• Legal Compliance
  · Conducted under the NSW Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020
  · No permit required (prize value under $10,000)
• Acceptance of Terms
  Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

1. When you make a purchase for $20 or more scan the QR code at the participating store using your phone and open the entry portal with your internet browser. 

2. If you don’t have a smart phone or need help ask one of the friendly staff in the store or open the link here. 

4. Upload your receipt to prove proof of purchase. 

5. Enter your full name, email and phone number into the fields.

6. You also have the option to subscribe to our mailing list and to like us on Facebook/Instagram as well as other opportunities to earn bonus points.
