Alestre Pilates

Overview

Alestre Pilates provides a range of Reformer Pilates classes. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the muscles and specially the core. Many of the exercises are performed in reclining or sitting positions, and most are low impact and partially weight bearing.

Pilates is so safe, it is used in physical therapy facilities to rehabilitate injuries. The main focus at Alestre Pilates is working with clients on pain and injury management, building independence, strength, core and improving coordination, balance and posture. The team at Alestre Pilates also run Mums and bubs classes.

They have recently started to offer FREE classes for Volunteers for Palliative care in Maitland and are planning on running workshops and fundraising events to support our community even more. Get in touch with them and book your classes in today.
