Spend to Win at The Levee Terms and Conditions 

• The promoter of Spend to Win at The Levee Promotion is Maitland City Council, PO Box 220, Maitland NSW 2320. ABN 11 596 310 805. 

• Persons who purchase goods to the value of $20 of more with their own money at any one participating store at The Levee precinct in a single transaction will be eligible for one (1) entry into the Spend to Win at The Levee draw. 

• Persons who purchase a series of goods at separate stores that equate to $20 or more will not be eligible to enter. 

• Only one entry will be given for purchases over $20 per receipt. For example, if $20 is spent in one transaction, only one (1) entry will be eligible, if $99 is spent in one transaction only one (1) entry will be eligible. 

• Participants are unlimited in the number of entries they can submit to the draw. 

• Persons may earn bonus entries into the draw after they qualify the above requirements by, 

• having previously entered The Levee One Day Sale or Black Friday Sale since 2023 (maximum two (2) bonus entries),  

• like or follow The Levee Central Maitland on Facebook or Instagram (one entry per platform with a maximum two (2) bonus entries),  

• sharing the draw to three other people who also enter the draw (maximum one (1) bonus entry),  

• spend over $100 in more than one transaction at a participating store (one (1) bonus entry), 

• like or follow The Levee Central Maitland on Facebook or Instagram (one entry per platform with a maximum two (2) bonus entries), 

• sharing the draw to three other people who also enter the draw (maximum one (1) bonus entry), 

• subscribing to The Levee Central Maitland Consumer database. 

• Entering during the final weekend of the promotion 6am Friday 19 to 11.59pm Sunday 21 July 2025. 

• Participating businesses are identified by in store posters and a list of all participating businesses can be found at thelevee.com.au 

• Participants are required to complete the entry form by scanning the Spend to Win QR codes available at participating stores. 

• Participants must submit proof of purchase to enter the draw. Illegible or receipts that do not meet the terms and conditions above will be ineligible to win. All associated bonus entries will also be deemed ineligible to win. 

• Participants must supply an email address, phone number, store of purchase and postcode to enter the draw. Participants are also encouraged to opt-in to joining The Levee’s email distribution list and receive regular newsletters pertaining useful information about what is happening at The Levee. Participant’s privacy will be protected in accordance with Maitland City Council’s Privacy Management Plan. 

• The promotional period commences at 6.00am Monday 23 June 2025 and closes at 11.59pm Sunday 21 July 2025. 

• There will be nine (9) prizes in total. Each week for four (4) weeks (commencing 30 June to 22 July 2025) the Promoter will draw two (2) x $300 vouchers (total of eight (8) prizes) from the previous seven (7) days of competition entries. The final prize valued at $3,300 will be drawn on 22 July 2025 and will be selected from the entire entry pool across the twenty seven (27) day promotional period.  

• The prizes and prize awarding schedule are as follows: 

• 10.00am Monday 30 June two (2) entries will be drawn at random from the previous seven (7) days of entries and will win a prize of a $300 voucher each to a participating store of the winner’s choice. 

• 10.00am Monday 7 July two (2) entries will be drawn at random from the previous seven (7) days of entries and will win a prize of a $300 voucher each to a participating store of the winner’s choice. 

• 10.00am Monday 14 July two (2) entries will be drawn at random from the previous seven (7) days of entries and will win a prize of a $300 voucher each to a participating store of the winner’s choice. 

• 10.00am Monday 21 July two (2) entries will be drawn at random from the previous seven (7) days of entries and will win a prize of a $300 voucher each to a participating store of the winner’s choice. 

• 10.00am Monday 21 July one (1) entry will be drawn at random from the previous 27 days of entries and will win a grand prize of eleven (11) $300 vouchers to eleven (11) participating stores of the winner’s choice. 

• The total value of the prize pool is $5,700 including GST. 

• The gift vouchers must be of a kind that can only be redeemed at the participating store it is purchased from. 

• The winners will be drawn by the promotion coordinator at 263 High Street Maitland. 

• The prize winners will be notified of their win by phone and/or email. The winners will have fourteen (14) days to claim their prize, at which time the prize will be redrawn. 

• The winners’ name will be published on thelevee.com.au 

• The winners will be requested to be photographed when they claim their prize at The Levee. 

• Entry into Spend to Win at The Levee is not open to Maitland City Council employees and their relatives. Owners and staff of businesses within The Levee and their relatives cannot enter Spend to Win at The Levee promotion. 

• Relatives for the promotion is defined as siblings, grandparents, parents, partners, children, and grandchildren. 

• Entry into the competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and residency. 

• If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, technical failures, unauthorised intervention or security concerns, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition. 

• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.  

• The promoter shall not be liable whether in contract or torts or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this competition or accepting the nominated prize.

1. When you make a purchase for $20 or more scan the QR code at the participating store using your phone and open the entry portal with your internet browser. 

2. If you don’t have a smart phone or need help ask one of the friendly staff in the store or open the link here. 

4. Upload your receipt to prove proof of purchase. 

5. Enter your full name, email and phone number into the fields.

6. You also have the option to subscribe to our mailing list and to like us on Facebook/Instagram as well as other opportunities to earn bonus points. 

7. Hit save and you have entered the competition.
